Pawfect Sort is a cozy animal-sorting puzzle game. This policy explains what the app does with your information, in plain language. The game keeps your actual gameplay entirely on your own device; the only information that leaves your phone is what's needed to show ads, process a purchase, sync your progress if you choose to sign in, and understand how the game is used overall — all handled by Google's own services, never sold, and never used to build an advertising profile beyond what Google AdMob does on its own.
No account is required to play. Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and only used to back your progress up to the cloud. Your level progress, coins, Sanctuary and Friends album are stored on your phone whether or not you sign in. We don't run our own servers and never see this data ourselves. Nothing is ever sold.
Pawfect Sort saves your progress locally so the game works the way you'd expect, whether or not you ever sign in:
All of it lives in the app's private storage on your own phone. Uninstalling Pawfect Sort removes it permanently, unless you've also signed in and backed it up (see below).
Signing in is entirely optional and never required to play. If you choose to, Google shares your Play Games player ID, display name, and profile icon with the app, so it can recognize you across sessions. We use this solely to back your save up to your Google Play Games account (via Google's own Saved Games feature) and restore it if you reinstall the game or switch phones. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't see your real name, email address, or any other Google account details.
That cloud copy of your save is stored in your Google Play Games account, governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can review or remove it at any time from your Google Account's own data controls, the same way as any other app's saved-game data.
Pawfect Sort shows ads through Google AdMob: an occasional interstitial ad when you finish a level, and optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch to double a level's coins or refill a power-up when you've run out — nothing is ever gated behind watching one. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show ads relevant to you; we don't see or store that identifier ourselves. You can turn off ad personalization for your device at any time in your Android settings, and you can remove ads entirely with the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase in the Shop. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form when you first open it, before any ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time from Settings, Privacy options.
Coins, the Paw Pass, and Remove Ads can be bought from the Shop. Every purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your card details or other payment information.
Pawfect Sort uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played overall — things like which levels are cleared and how long a session lasts — tied to an anonymous installation identifier, not your name or any other personal detail. This helps us find bugs and balance the game; it isn't used to build an advertising profile of you.
Pawfect Sort requests only internet access, which ads, purchases, sign-in, and analytics all need to work. It does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, storage, or microphone. The vibration you feel on a match uses standard system haptic feedback, which needs no separate permission.
Each of these is operated by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Pawfect Sort is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. Ads shown through AdMob are configured accordingly, not as child-directed treatment.
You can play the entire game without ever signing in, in which case nothing about you leaves your device except ad and analytics traffic through Google's SDKs. If you have signed in, you can review or delete your Play Games data through your Google Account, and you can always uninstall the app to remove everything stored locally. If you'd like to ask about any of this, the contact address is below.
If a future update changes what the app collects or which services it uses, this policy and the app's Google Play Data Safety information will both be updated to describe that before the update ships — never after. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
